Enzyre announces appointment of Marcel van Kasteel as Chairman of the Supervisory Board

01 May 2023, Nijmegen, Netherlands: Enzyre today announces the appointment of Marcel van Kasteel as independent Chairman of the Supervisory Board of Enzyre B.V. “We are delighted that Marcel has joined our Supervisory Board as Chairman.” said Guido Maertens, CEO of Enzyre. “His ample experience in the field of diagnostics and specifically on point of care solutions will greatly help us in development and commercializing our platform technology.”

Mr. van Kasteel has spent the last 35 years in Diagnostics and held several executive positions in large corporate organizations like Beckman Coulter and Philips. With his broad network and experiences in developing and commercialising products he will be of great support to Enzyre. He has been the CEO of Philips Handheld Diagnostics from 2007 to 2018. Before that he has held several commercial executive positions at Beckman Coulter.
