We are proud to share that the article describing our chemiluminescent-based microfluidic thrombin generation assay (TGA_lum) has been published at the Journal of Thrombosis and Haemostasis!

The study presents a proof of concept for the developed microfluidic assay and demonstrates its sensitivity to FVIII- and FIX-deficiencies in plasma as well as to DOAC treatment. Importantly, TGA_lum shows a high level of agreement with standard TGA platforms, enabling further development toward a near-patient testing platform.
