Junior Lab Technician (32 – 40 h/week)

Enzyre is looking for a candidate who is willing to be involved in the production of parts for our medical device. A Junior technician will also work closely with the team to carry out experiments to ensure the streamlined operation of the laboratory.

Key Responsibilities

• Lab equipment operation
• Running and recording tests
• Document experimental data in laboratory notebook
• Report findings to the responsible project manager
• Quality assurance

Qualifications & Requirements

• Education: completed MBO (MLO) in biomedical, life science or laboratory research
• Working experience: in case suitable education is successful, no additional work experience is required
• Advanced in speaking, reading and writing English
• Experience with computer systems, including Microsoft Office applications
• Safe working practices for laboratory work
• Accurate recording and record keeping
• Calculation of molarities, dilutions, etc.
• Working and ensure quality according to the QMS

Conditions of Employment

• Temporary 7-months contract with the intention of extension;
• Competitive salary. After your first year your salary will be adjusted according to your performance;
• Travel allowance or public transport reimbursement;
• 25 holidays and holiday pay.
