We’re excited to share that our latest article “Novel microfluidic device for factor VIII quantification by chemiluminescence in hemophilia A patients” is now out in Biosensors & Bioelectronics!

In this study, we present a novel capillary-based microfluidic platform (EnzySystem) with integrated optical sensors capable of 16 simultaneous chemiluminescent measurements, designed for adaptable point-of-care diagnostics. As a proof-of-principle, a sensitive FVIII assay (FVIIIlum) for Hemophilia A management was developed, demonstrating accurate quantification of FVIII activity.
